SHOWROOM MEETING

The most important step! Our process begins with an initial consultation at our beautiful 11,000 SF showroom, outfitted with numerous displays of our current inventories.

ON-SITE CONSULTATION

The next step in the process is for a project manager to visit the project space. This allows our team to confirm all measurements and site information so the delivery and installation go as smoothly as possible.

INITIAL DESIGN & QUOTE

Our highly-qualified, professional design team works closely with our sales staff to provide our clients with creative solutions to meet their needs at the lowest possible cost. An itemized proposal is provided along with a design portfolio to show exactly what we are offering for your project.

FURNITURE ORDERING,
PREP & STAGING

After your furniture order is signed, new product is ordered, and our team works efficiently to pull, clean and assemble the preowned product, before it goes into our staging area, ready for you.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING

Once all product is ready, our team will visit the jobsite again and meet with the other contractors to ensure everything is ready for the furniture delivery.

SCHEDULING / PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our team is involved every step along the way, including project management and scheduling, so that your employees can stay focused on your business.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Our highly trained service team will work with you before, during and after installation to ensure your project is completed accurately and on schedule.
