From the start, he was attentive to my needs, finding me the right setup and finish for my office, drew a print to size so I could see how the furniture would work in the area, and delivered it in a timely and professional manner. A very good alternative to buying new. Purchasing through ROS saved us a lot of money. I am impressed with the quality/condition of the used furniture; most items appear to be just like new. We purchased file cabinets; upon delivery there was a problem with one of the drawers sticking…the delivery driver took the time to figure out the problem and fixed it before he left.
